• Building Permit Application - Fill out all pertinent information on the building permit application and submit to the Building Department with any applicable plans.
• Electrical Permit Application - Fill out all pertinent information on the application, including the fee schedule, and submit to the Building Department with any applicable plans.
• Plumbing Permit Application - Fill out all pertinent information on the application, including the fee schedule, and submit to the Building Department with any applicable plans.
• Mechanical Permit Application - Fill out all pertinent information on the application, including the fee schedule, and submit to the Building Department with any applicable plans.
• Sidewalk Permit - Fill out all pertinent information on the application for a sidewalk / driveway approach installation, repair, or replacement. Bring the application to the Building Department with any applicable plans.
• Fences, Walls & Screen Planting Permit - Applications are submitted at City Hall with a dimensioned plan view drawing showing the existing structures and proposed fence, wall and/or screen planting along with a side view showing height, material and color.
• Contractor Record - Fill in contact information and relevant license information for the Owner or General Contractor who was issued structural permits as well as Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors that performed work on the residential dwelling.
